Who installs your system
Every install is performed by a licensed plumbing subcontractor, not a sales rep. They carry their own license and insurance, and pull any permit your city or county requires. Our team handles your water test and quote; the subcontractor handles the plumbing.
After your install
We retest before we leave
You'll see the before-and-after numbers in writing, the same way you saw them at your free test.
Basic care, explained
We'll show you how to add salt (softeners), check a filter cartridge, or spot signs your system needs a look.
Maintenance reminders
We text or email a reminder when it's time to check filters or salt, and again for your annual service and retest.

Your warranty terms come with your paperwork at install, so you know what's covered and for how long.
Installation questions
Do I need to be home for the whole install?
You'll need to be home (or have someone available) at the start and end for the walkthrough and retest, but you don't have to watch the whole thing.
What if my home needs a permit?
The licensed plumbing subcontractor pulls any permit your city or county requires as part of the install. There's nothing you need to file yourself.
What happens if something's not right after the install?
Get in touch by phone or email. Your system is covered under warranty, and we'll get the subcontractor back out to make it right.
